It's easy to make your own delicious...ahem, authentic...baked potato. Here's how:

- 4 Russet Baking Potatos
 - Olive Oil
 - Kosher Salt (or sea salt)
 
- Preheat oven to 400°.
 - Scrub and wash potatoes. Pierce several times on each side.
 - Rub a thin layer of olive oil on each potato (makes the skin crispy and delicious) and toss some salt on them.
 - Place the potato directly on the oven rack bake for 30 minutes. NOTE: If you're cooking more than 4 potatoes, you'll need to extend the cooking time by up to 15 minutes. Potatoes are done if tender when pierced with a fork and the internal temperature reaches 210 degrees F.
